After much difficulty finding someone willing to assess our 5 panel bifold door, which had become extremely stiff to open and difficult to lock, we found Matteo on Google search. He responded promptly with a scope of works to service the door back to normal working order and a fee per panel with 50% deposit. Additional cost was mentioned if more complex work was required. We were very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. He systematically repaired all aspects of the door including the locking system, a sagging frame and sticky tracks. The end result was as good as new. He completed the job by cleaning up thoroughly including the windows inside and out. We highly recommend Access Window and Door Repair.
