Matteo and his colleague were absolutely wonderful. They arrived on time, only a couple of days after me contacting them. They were smart, professional, polite and explained everything very clearly. They fixed our bi-fold doors which I was worried may need replacing which would have been very expensive so although It cost a bit due to the amount of work required to fix them, It was considerably less than a replacement! They also were very respectful, left zero mess and I would 100% recommend them!

Some of the quote communications were a bit muddled at the start but Matteo was able to fit my job in before Christmas (at short notice) and I could not be happier. Matteo was extremely courteous and thorough. He installed the parts as quoted but also "rotated" some other parts that weren't so worn so all in all our sliding security screens are like new doors! We had a great experience with these guys. Our house has sliding doors everywhere and they’ve all had a lot of wear over the years, to the point where it was metal on metal. They replaced all the rollers, the doors are now like new now, they drilled little lubricant holes so that it’s easier for me to maintain ongoing (amazing!!) and provided video guides of everything. Price was very reasonable. Service was exceptional. This guy really knows sliding doors! Honest and genuine crew. Highly recommended!!

I have had the best experience with Matteo at Access. Matteo was so skilled, so hard-working and so honest that I have used him now for 3 repairs - my concertina folding back doors of 7 panels, my internal bifold doors and then a wonderful repair of my 1918 sash windows, all 8 of them. He is also a positive person, skilled too in assessing the problem and very keen to fix the problem with perfection. After a long search and multiple failed inquiries to get my non-standard bedroom door project done (reverting the door swing, modifying metal door jamb, reinstalling hinges), finally I found Access Window & Door Repair as the only company was willing to accept the challenge without hesitation. His work on several windows and doors corrected some issues that had been a problem since initial installation. He sourced the correct parts, made required adjustments to timber framing, repainted exposed timber and made the door bolts operate like silk, something they have never done before. Went the extra mile. After such a great experience with a complex door problem we asked Matteo if he could make us a built in wine rack storage system. He drew it up, submitted the plans to us then went ahead and built it perfectly. He manufactured it off site then installed it quickly and to the plan. We are thoroughly delighted. Extremely disappointed. Over promises, under delivers, then walks out!!!!! Matteo came out and quoted to replace 5 x existing door handles, fill and sand the old holes and install the new handles. Extremely confident that he could do the job and it would be easy. After installing one handle and patching the existing 4 x holes. He informs me that he would not be finishing the job.......... as the job was "too hard", and that he had already lost money and walked out!!! What type of tradesman starts a job and leaves because it is too hard? One who does not have the ability or skills to do that job. I now have 1 x new door handle and 4 x patched doors with no door handles that I cannot put the old handles back on. The only decent thing he did was he didn't try to charge me. BEWARE!!
