I contacted Access to fix two doors on my house. They were able to send out a team the very next day and now both are working perfectly!

Matteo and his colleague were absolutely wonderful. They arrived on time, only a couple of days after me contacting them. They were smart, professional, polite and explained everything very clearly. They fixed our bi-fold doors which I was worried may need replacing which would have been very expensive so although It cost a bit due to the amount of work required to fix them, It was considerably less than a replacement! They also were very respectful, left zero mess and I would 100% recommend them!

Excellent repair on old timber window so it now opens without falling down Mattea also replaced 3 window winders with stainless steel winders and adjusted door handle. Quick pleasant and very clean workmanship - will use again 👍

Some of the quote communications were a bit muddled at the start but Matteo was able to fit my job in before Christmas (at short notice) and I could not be happier. Matteo was extremely courteous and thorough. He installed the parts as quoted but also "rotated" some other parts that weren't so worn so all in all our sliding security screens are like new doors! I can highly recommend Access Window & Door Repair.

We had a great experience with these guys. Our house has sliding doors everywhere and they’ve all had a lot of wear over the years, to the point where it was metal on metal. They replaced all the rollers, the doors are now like new now, they drilled little lubricant holes so that it’s easier for me to maintain ongoing (amazing!!) and provided video guides of everything. Price was very reasonable. Service was exceptional. This guy really knows sliding doors! Honest and genuine crew. Highly recommended!!

I got a quote but they wanted half of the money upfront before booking in a time. Very unusual for a part day repair job with no materials required and first time I have been asked to pay upfront. Have used lots of tradies before and just pay when they have finished.

Couldn’t be happier with the service provided. It was great to be able to have the ability to have someone review a short video of the problem, so we could be confident the job would be completed. I thought our door was beyond repair, out of line and the lock sticking constantly. It truly feels like it is now working like new, and I’m very confident it’s a long term fix.

We had some work done from Access Windows and Door Repair after 3 to 4 companies we called they all ran away for the difficulties till Access windows and doors is a small company run by a gentleman Matteo and hi wife Jane I called them by the name because they like to be friends and that’s what we find out Matteo did a great job 👏 👏 he even did a couple other little things on doors which wasn’t on the quote we were very happy with the work and professionalism of the company we greatly recommend
